Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Secretary Diploma
Computer literacy & communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Attend to incoming calls, forward calls to the Director and take messages
Manage the Director's diary and arrange meetings and appointments
Arrange reservations, travelling and subsistence for the Director
Type agendas, minutes , reports and proof read documents and arrange refreshments when necessary
Type letters, documents, schedules and policies for the department
Do follow ups to ensure that correspondence is being processed as per Director's instructions
Perform general office administration functions
Perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required
