Job Title: Resourcing Manager

Introduction:

A vacancy exists for a Resourcing Manager based at Head Office in Illovo, reporting to the Manager HR Operations, Roger Jannaway. The successful candidate will be responsible for the resourcing strategy, policies and practices for the Group.

Critical Outputs:

• Define and implement the Group recruitment strategy
• Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are in line with best practices
• Define and implement attraction and sourcing strategies
• Conduct interviews line for senior roles within the business and at centre
• Develop credible relationships with all key senior leaders
• Develop recruitment guides, training and provide support to the line / HR in the business
• Manage the preferred recruitment suppliers
• Custodian of psychometrics assessment process
• Present recommended senior appointments to Resourcing Committee for approval
• Develop an induction process for senior roles within the business and at centre
• Custodian of contracts of employment for the group
• Define a talent strategy and implement a process to create a talent pipeline for scarce and critical positions
• Manage the Workplace Skills Plan function
• Manage the bursary process and facilitate the bursary committee meetings
• Manage competency development and competency profiles
• Manage the foreign recruitment and placement processes
• Develop credible working relationships with members of the HR team and contribute to the overall team success of HR

Requirements:

• Relevant degree (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology)
• Knowledge of generalist HR principles
• Experience in strategic selection and recruitment essential
• Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
