Purpose of Role:

To maintain the CCS Database and thereby support other business units (CCS Bellville, BSC, CCS Agent Efficiency) with accurate and up to date data and information.

Requirements:

Grade 12
At least 2 years’ experience in monitoring, analysing and evaluating data within a systems driven environment
Understanding of CCS Database, BANCS and SAS (Development Module) would be preferred
Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Numerical skills
Analytical skills
Report writing skills (basic)
Computer literacy (Intermediate MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access)
Attention to detail (accuracy)
Structured thinking and approach (process orientation)
Able to perform under pressure and work towards strict deadlines
Relationship management & interpersonal skills
Adaptable to change
Proactive
Self-motivated
Integrity and confidentiality
Client service orientation
Willing and able to work extra hours, outside normal business hours as and when required but must be able to work Saturday, Sunday or public holidays depending on where the end of the month falls. (To request Monthly Reports at month end.)
Ideally own vehicle and drivers licence or at least ability to travel to the office at weekends or public holidays
Clear criminal and credit record
