Full-time Finance Officer

Job Title: Finance Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of supply chain management.
• Record supplier registration on supplier database.
• Resolve outstanding purchase orders.
• Ensure preparations of accurate creditor reconciliations are done with every payment.
• Complete payment request documentation with every payment.
• Capture all suppliers invoice to all correct ledger account and within correct accounting period.
• Ensure that all approved supporting documents are attached to the payment requisition.
• Financial administration and filing.

Competencies and qualification include:

• Post metric qualification in accounting.
• At least 5 years supply chain management and database administration experience.
• Experience in creditors, third party payments and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of syspro accounting software advantageous.
• Advanced word and excel.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
